Boaz Mendzelevski, MD
Vice President of Cardiology & Chief Medical Officer
Medifacts InternationalDr. Mendzelevski received his degree in Medicine and Board Certification in Internal Medicine from the Ben-Gurion University Medical School and Hospital in Beer-Sheva, Israel. He then trained in cardiology and received a board certification in Cardiology from the Shaare-Zedek Medical Centre and Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. Dr. Mendzelevski completed further postgraduate training in Interventional Cardiology and Clinical Electrophysiology at the Royal Brompton National Heart and Lung Hospital in London. Dr. Mendzelevski has authored approximately 220 cardiology expert reports, most of which supported NDA regulatory submissions. He has represented pharma clients before the US FDA and the European regulatory authorities on several occasions and has participated in multiple pharmaceutical advisory boards and Data Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMBs). Dr. Mendzelevski was the only CRO expert to be invited by the FDA and ICH to serve on the ICH-E14 expert advisory panel.

Dr. Oakley has 23 years of development experience in drug delivery technology, solid oral, nasal, and topical drug products and has authored or co-authored 22 research articles and abstracts. AAIPharma Services provides product development services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Our pharmaceutical professionals provide solutions to difficult drug development challenges. Richard Walovitch, Ph.D.

WorldCare ClinicalDr. Walovitch is chief medical officer of WorldCare Clinical. Prior to joining WCC, he served as the senior vice president of clinical research at Acusphere, Inc., vice president of preclinical and clinical research at Epix Medical, and research pharmacologist and project clinician in the Imaging Agent Group at the DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company. Walovitch has a doctorate in pharmacology from the University of Illinois Medical Center and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Illinois. He is an author of more than 100 peer-reviewed publications, mostly in the field of medical imaging.
